No Refunds / No Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been placed and delivered.

Please make sure to double-check size, color, and product details before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy

We do, however, offer an exchange option under the following conditions: 

Timeframe – Items can be exchanged within 4 to 7 days of delivery.

Delivery — Exchanged items will be delivered within 7 to 10 days.

Eligibility – To be eligible for exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required.

Exchange Options – Exchanges can be made for:

A different size of the same product.

A different product of equal or higher value (price difference to be borne by the customer).

Non-Exchangeable Items – Accessories, discounted/sale items, or customized products cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of sending the item back to us for exchange.
